Coffee is the #1 source of antioxidants in the US diet.
This is partially due to the nutritional value of coffee, but mostly due to the volume of coffee that is Americans are drinking.
Regardless, there are some benefits to coffee and some potential risks and I want to break these down to the best of my understanding today on the podcast.
