In this episode we are going to talk about a topic that is a lot more controversial than I realized: artificial sweeteners.

Artificial sweeteners have been used as an alternative to sugar for decades and over the years various claims have popped up about their safety and potential negative health effects.

Today, we are going to review some of the science examining those  claims and discuss whether these can be a part of a healthy diet or if you should avoid these food additives as much as you can.
