It is my firm belief that most people don't know how good they're supposed to feel.
Many of us are walking around in bodies that are engaged in a constant war against processed un-recognizable food substances, environmental chemical pollutants, and emotional and physical stressors.
This sucks away our energy, makes it more difficult to recover from sickness, injury, and exercise and contributes to the development of every single chronic disease.
When we clean up the diet, get plenty of high quality movement and reduce the environmental and emotional stressors in our lives we can feel how our bodies are supposed to feel when they are running at their highest capacity.
Today on this episode we are going to discuss this concept and talk about why it is so important to give yourself that feeling by being consistent for a long period of time.
