This diet can have some incredible benefits, however, the way many people are following it, can also lead to some undesired side effects. In today’s episode I cover some simple tips on how to get the most from a ketogenic diet. In my opinion, the rapid weight loss that many people experience from following this type of diet can be very misleading, especially for those who equate weight loss to health.
