The benefits of meditation are numerous and we will probably discuss that in more depth in another episode. Today, I want to just encourage you to take some time away from your busy life and just take a few minutes to sit in peace and quiet. 

You don't have to meditate or try to e overcome your thoughts, just simply start by sitting quietly and listening to your breath. If you are a high stress person and you can implement this practice for just 3-5 minutes once or a few times a day, you will almost definitely receive a benefit.
