A lot of people start diets, but few people stick with them long enough know if it worked for them. There is almost no point in starting out any type of health intervention, if you don’t intend to stick with it for an ABSOLUTE minimum to allow your body time to adapt.
You absolutely have to stick with anything that you try long enough to collect that data and know how that specific intervention affected your health and wellness. In today’s episode I will talk about why it is so important to COMMIT TO THE PROCESS and use each new diet and lifestyle adjustment as data. Then you want to take that data and use it to mold that health and wellness approach that works best for YOU.
