Sometimes life happens and for one reason or another you fall way off of a routine that allows you to create your best level of health and fitness.
It happens to all of us. The key is not to beat yourself about it and strive for perfection, but instead have some strategies in place that help you dust yourself off and get right back on the wagon and keep moving forward.
Today, I am going to share some tips that have worked for me and clients of mine and hopefully you can use some of these in your life as well.
