Every single year most of us will come down with some sort of cold/cough.
Most people's standard procedure is to rely on over the counter cough suppressants until it gets bad enough to go to the doctor which typically results in stronger cough suppressants and most likely an antibiotic.
I've talked about the danger of excessive antibiotic use on previous episode, so I won't go there today.
But, I do want to give you some strategies that you can put into practice that can help you avoid using pharmaceutical medications (unless you want to).
Today, I am going to be giving you 9 tips for what to do when you feel a cough coming on.
Make sure you bookmark this episode and come back to it when you need it.
