Food companies have spent lots of time and money creating and selling junk foods to your children that appeal to their most primitive desires. A bowl of oatmeal doesn't look, taste, or feel nearly as appealing as fruity pebbles and it doesn't pack the same flavor explosion. Plus, Fred Flintsone doesn't eat oatmeal. 

In this environment, we have to get creative in our quest to have children who aren't raised eating franken-foods.
