I have heard a lot of opinions on soy over the past several years and I find that the messages that most people are putting out about soy is heavily exaggerated and not at all support by any scientific research.
Today on the podcast we are going to discuss some of the science with soy and review what the conclusion is on that end (Some linked papers below).
