You don’t have to spend 90 minutes in the gym 6 days per week to get great results from a fitness routine. Believe it or not, you can get pretty good results in just 3 hours per week. The key is to focus on the types of training that are going to give you the most bang for your buck and change your metabolism in a way that getting and staying lean becomes easier than ever before.
In this episode I will briefly outline the training routine that I shift to when I am low on time and the same type of routine that I recommend to clients who have very little time to devote to exercise, or just want to make their routine more efficient.
