It is the last day of the year and many people are setting foals for 2019 and reflecting on the past year. 

As I was going through this process myself, I realized that I was "disappointed" in that I did not achieve several of the goals that I set for myself in 2018. 

I quickly snapped out of it though, as I allowed myself not to look at my goals as something that I either achieved or didn't, but instead allowed myself to examine the progress that I have made over the past year. 

Which was A LOT.
